The website advertises the following current fee structure: 5% of collected monthly rent for ongoing management; one month’s rent for tenant placement; $500 for lease renewals; no separate fee for inspections; and a maintenance-coordination fee equal to 10% of the maintenance or repair cost. Services and fees are ultimately governed by the signed property-management agreement.
